Julian & Alex | Scale Expertise

We help creators & educators turn their expertise and audience into a $10k to $100k/month knowledge business. You already know your stuff. People already follow you. But you're not making serious money from it yet. Sound familiar? Most creators build a course first and hope it sells. We do it the other way around: package your expertise into a high-ticket offer, sell it to your warm audience, validate it with real clients, and only then turn it into a scalable Skool community. We've sold digital products for 6+ years, generated €300K+ in revenue, and built an audience of 200,000+ across platforms. On this channel we document how we're building "Scale Expertise" in public. No polish, no hype, just what's actually working (and what isn't). New videos on: creating a premium offer, selling to your existing audience, sales calls, validating before you build, and scaling with Skool, content and Meta Ads. 👉 Join the free community: https://www.skool.com/scale-expertise/about
