How To Get A Creator’s Email.
Three steps, and the whole list is done in one pass.
- step one
Pick the creators you are keeping.
Tick the ones you want off your list. Ten to twenty is right for a first campaign. If you are unsure about someone, leave them out. You can always come back for them later.
Pull emails last, not first. Enriching a list you are still cutting spends the work on people you are about to drop.
- step two
Get the best contact we can find.
For each creator you get the business email listed for sponsorships. If they have a manager, you get the manager instead, because that is who actually answers. A few come back empty. That is a creator who does not want to be pitched, and chasing them in the DMs is worse than emailing three more people.
If a manager comes back, have a budget number ready. It is the first thing they will ask you.
- step three
Export it or start writing.
Take the whole list out as a CSV for your own tools, or move straight into outreach and let Scout draft the first email to each of them. Either way you keep a record of who you have contacted, so next month's search does not hand you the same names again.
Keep a status on every name. Contacted, replied, passed, signed. In six months that list is worth more than the original search.
Why The Right Address Matters.
Creators are pitched constantly. What decides whether you get a reply is who you reach and what you put in front of them.
A message they will never see.
Creator inboxes are full and half of what arrives looks like a scam. A form submission from a company they have never heard of is the easiest thing in the world to ignore, and you never find out whether it landed.
A real email with a real number in it.
The address they use for sponsorships, or the manager who books them. Sent from a person, with a rate and a date in the first message, so they can tell in five seconds that you are serious.
You do not need more emails. You need twenty that get read by someone who can say yes.

This is way better than anything I've seen. I've never met anyone who could give me 10 really good leads every month like this. I'd pay $500 per lead and be happy as a clam.

Questions Brands Ask.
Put the creators you care about on a list and pull contacts for all of them at once. You get the business email a creator lists for sponsorships, or their manager's address when they have one. There is no need to open channel pages one at a time or dig through video descriptions.
Sometimes, but it is often an address nobody checks, and bigger creators route everything through a manager who is never listed there. We look for the contact that actually gets answered, which for a managed creator is the manager.
Yes. Select as many creators as you want and pull them in one go, then export the lot as a CSV. Most brands do this once their shortlist is down to the ten or twenty people they actually plan to email.
Some come back empty, and that is usually a creator who does not take inbound. Chasing them through DMs is a worse use of your time than emailing three more people who do want to hear from brands.
We check them before handing them over, and we tell you what you are looking at: a creator's own sponsorship address, a manager, or a business contact. What we cannot tell you is whether that inbox gets read, which is why the first email matters as much as the address.
