Replace Spreadsheets with Scout
Please stop running your creator program from Google Sheets. Upload your list and Scout turns it into a live table: matched channels, verified emails, past sponsors, and outreach, all in one place.
Hello everyone, friendly request: please stop running your creator program from a spreadsheet in 2026.
Every creator program starts the same way. Someone creates a sheet. Channel name, link, subs, an email somebody dug out of an About page. Two years later half the columns are empty, the rates are guesses, and nobody knows which of these creators already ran a campaign for a competitor.
Now Scout can manage your spreadsheet as a live list. Upload your CSV or connect a Google Sheet, and Scout maps each row to a real channel, updates data over time, fills in what's missing, and you keep working in the same table. 👇

How It Works
- Upload your list. CSV or Google Sheet, whatever columns you already have.
- Scout matches your rows to channels. Real avatars, subs, engagement, upload cadence.
- Scout fills in what's missing. Verified emails, past sponsors, fit score, and the evidence behind it.
- Add your own columns. Budget, notes, status, whatever you were tracking. Editable, right in the same table.
From there it stays one table. Select the rows you want, Scout drafts and sends the outreach, and replies come back in the same place. Flip on Live Search and it keeps finding creators like your favorites while you sleep. Watch the launch video:
Why This Matters
Spreadsheets don't scale with you. A sheet is a snapshot from the day someone built it, and it starts decaying immediately. Every column in it is a job somebody has to keep doing by hand, which is why nobody does.
Same table now, except it stays current, it knows who your competitors already booked, and it can email them. That's the whole idea behind Scout: it should feel like having an influencer manager on staff, not another tab you have to maintain.
